How We Started
We love a good cup of coffee. Naturally, we got tired of drinking the stale coffee that stood in the store and decided to roast our own. One day, we roasted a batch of green coffee beans in a frying pan, then tried a sample of our work. The difference in taste between the coffee from the store and what we made was phenomenal.
As a result, we purchased a small home roaster and began to roast regularly for our families, friends, and co-workers. They noticed the higher quality of our roasts and asked for more. To keep up with the demand, we bought a bigger roaster and started roasting coffee more often and in larger quantities.
We are micro-roasters, so we only roast based on demand. It also means that what we give to customers is custom-order and always fresh. We know that old coffee is bitter coffee, which is why we strive to bring only the best-tasting and freshest beans to our clients.
