That coffee was amazing!! We used aero press and grinded it very fine. We heated the water to 180 degrees and it made one of the best cups of espresso ever! Some days I add a bit more water and while it was less concentrated it still had so much flavor. I don’t think I can pick a favorite. Both were extremely aromatic, and since smell is such a big part of tasting, I loved it before I even took a sip :)
The Ethiopian blend felt a bit lighter and fruitier and the Italian roast felt more robust and I even got hints of chocolate... I am so excited you shared it with us, it was amazing. Let me know when you decide to sell it as I would love to buy some for Christmas presents for my parents who are also big coffee people. Thanks again for sharing!!

We finished up the bag on Saturday morning. Overall it was nice and bright but not bitter- I wouldn’t go lighter in roast than that. I thought it had a fruity aroma, almost like a berry... We were pulling shots at about a 1:2 ratio and I thought the results were very nice. Excellent as a macchiato- I think just the little bit of milk complemented the flavors well without muting them. A great coffee!

WOW! That was REALLY good coffee! It was so smooth and much less acidic than a lot of the coffee I’ve purchased. My boyfriend tried it too and was also super impressed by the flavor! Thank you so much for letting me try it. I will want to place an order soon.
